We overheard that there was an incident that happened. The suspect was caught in the act stealing motorcycles.One of the incident was caught on cam and some motorcycles were recovered.
The stolen motorcycles are being brought to Bulacan.The stolen motorcycles are being paid not by money but are being paid thru illegal substance.
The Bulacan HPG and the Bulacan Police are conducting a follow up operation so that they will be able to arrest the other members of the syndicate.
