We overheard that there is a female that accidentally gave birth inside a bathroom.
This happened in Davao City Hall. The employees of the said office helped the female.
Among those who helped were two female nurses. Also the rescue 911 responded in the scene
.
Vice Mayor Paolo Duterte gave financial assistance to the female that recently gave birth.
