We overheard that Senator Manny Pacquiao said that the people must be aware of the death Penalty.
We also overheard that Secretary De Lima asked Senator Manny Pacquiao if he have seen some datas or study regarding the death Penalty before it was abolished.
In some of their conversation Senator Manny said that"Maluwag ang ating batas halos lahat ng mga druglords nandito sa Pilipinas dahil wala namang Death Penalty."
Senator Manny Pacquiao also cited that Drugs was not widespread before.
Manny said that "Kelangan magkaroon ng Pangil ang atin batas"
