We overheard that President Duterte had in a speech that he delivered in Pampanga. There was one U N human rights official mentioned in his speech.
The President said in his speech that "There is no crime in my country which I cannot threaten."
Our President delivered his message very well. "You guys, you are employed by an organ composed of the nations."
The president is making our country safe and better.
